2. What data we process

• Content in the app: tournament and team names, schedules, results, statistics, and any uploaded materials.
• Technical data: IP address, user-agent, cookies (functional and—upon consent—analytics/marketing), diagnostic logs.
• Communication: emails, notifications, support requests.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service and managing accounts – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and abuse prevention (attack detection, access audits) – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Billing and accounting – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Analytics and service improvement – consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
• Marketing (newsletter) – consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); for existing customers, potentially also legitimate interest (opt-out) under CZ law.
• Compliance with legal obligations – retention of logs, cooperation with authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Recipients and transfers

Personal data may be processed by our trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments), always under a contract and on the controller’s instructions. Transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur only with appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU SCCs).

5. Retention period

• Account data: for the duration of the account and up to 3 years after deletion (e.g., to defend legal claims).
• Access/audit logs: typically 6–12 months, according to our security policy.
• Billing records: according to statutory retention periods (typically 10 years).
• Marketing consents: until withdrawn; we keep a record of withdrawal to demonstrate compliance.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for login and security. We only set analytics/marketing cookies with your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your settings at any time.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, audit logs, backups). However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16 without a parent/guardian’s consent. If such data is provided by mistake, please contact us for deletion.

We may update this policy (e.g., due to legal changes or new features). We will notify you appropriately about material changes.
